Evaluate the Adverts (U20: M3, D2)
Learning Outcome 3 (U20): Be able to produce the planned media components. Before the creation of adverts began, we drew up ideas and sketches of possible advertising layouts that we could use. We took inspiration from other, very successful advertising campaigns, such as Coca Cola, Red Bull and McDonald's, and started to think about the best possible way to gain awareness and exposure, for our product. All throughout this pre-production stage, we were taking into account whether or not our ideas followed the typical codes and conventions of billboards, magazine advert and TV adverts. This slowed down the production stage, as we had to make sure our adverts follow the specific codes and conventions.
